His story
Surnommée « la cheffe des fleurs », Iolanda Bustos a grandi dans le restaurant familial, entre potager de légumes, fleurs comestibles et herbes médicinales. Formée à la phytothérapie, l'aromathérapie et la toxicologie, elle puise dans la flore de l'Empordà pour composer ses menus de saison, publiés dans son livre Cocina con flores (2022). Aujourd'hui cheffe privée, elle défend un rapport sensible à la cuisine, où chaque fleur raconte un terroir et un moment de l'année.
